I just happened to stumble upon this community today, and I will not lie, I gave a resounding "w00t!" There must be more Phantom in the universe. It is necessary. Some of you may know me from deviantART, I'm loupe-de-sang over there.

Susan Kay's great novel 'Phantom' is being re-published by publisher Llumina. Since fans weren't happy with the cover they wanted to use, Llumina set up a contest. Hello phan_candy!
My name, is Holly I am delighted to announce that over the summer I have become a phanatic. So enitrely proud of myself that I have found something to do with my time other that obsess over Harry Potter. Phantom is better, I find. ;D
This is my first entry and I'm going to make my grand appearance with my first Phanart ever! I'm quite proud of it although I'm not sure were my inspiration came from.

Hello! I've been looking for a phantom art community and was really excited when I found this! There didn't seem to be too many around...
Anyway, I have here a rather quick sketch of a maskless Leroux Erik and a drawing of Christine from a scene from the movie... For some reason when I saw it a really wanted to draw it. The dress gave me a bit of trouble though... *shrugs* Well, here they are.

Finished another drawing. ^_^ I saw a picture of Emmy that I thought was cool, and thought it would make for a good drawing. So I decided to find a picture of Gerry to put with her, and put a mask on him. Seemed to turn out pretty well, so I thought I'd share. Hope everyone's having a great day!

Hi everyone! I'm a newbie. Probably someone who won't come around too
often...mostly because I don't sit down and draw too much. But every
so often I get the urge to draw something. ^_~ I saw this painting by
Thomas Jonas that was selling on ebay, and thought that it was such a
wonderful painting that I decided I would take it up as a challenge to
myself to draw it and see how well I could do. It's still a work in
progress. (unfortunately I can't just sit down and do a drawing like
this in one day. Lol, I'm slow) Anyway, I have been watching this community for a
little while, and since I had something to share, I thought I would
make my first post. ^_^
